Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead T&E strategy at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will oversee government testing activities, develop validation plans, and ensure testing aligns with DoD regulations and Agile/DevSecOps practices.

The role requires DoD experience, Secret clearance eligibility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support mission-focused software and hardware testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
10 years directly related experience with 4 years in a DoD setting.
U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain Secret clearance.
Experience with government and contractor testing activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and document the program's overarching Test and Evaluation strategy.
Lead government oversight activities within an integrated test team environment.
Document test concepts, methodologies, plans, execution, reporting, data reduction, and analysis.
Validate software capabilities against operational outcomes from an end-to-end perspective.
Apply Design of Experiments methodologies to plan and conduct test programs.
Coordinate testing schedules across multiple software releases and brief leadership.
