Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to provide support to the Command, Control, Communications Division. This role involves leading Test and Evaluation efforts for the MSS program and working directly with government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and specialized skills in test planning, agile methodologies, and evaluation processes. The position is located onsite at either Langley AFB, VA or Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications

• 10 years of directly related experience with 4 years in a DoW setting.
• Knowledge of DoW Test and Evaluation processes.
• Experience in evaluating system architectures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maven Smart System (MSS) and provide Test and Evaluation leadership.
• Develop and document the program's T&E Strategy.
• Lead government oversight activities and validate software capabilities.
