The role demands strong communication, collaboration across technical functions, and the ability to travel domestically 10-15% for customer and affiliate site support.

Qualifications

• Hold an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro‑optical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of MBSE concepts and system architecture development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage requirements, CONOPS, and mission statements.
• Develop and document system architectures meeting technical, cost, and schedule goals.
• Lead system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in proposal activities.
