Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to perform requirements analysis, system-level design, integration, and verification across defense systems. You will guide MBSE practices, work with a System/Integrated Product Team, and support proposals and customer interactions. Travel to domestic and international sites is required; DoD clearance is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical leadership, and drive for design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in defense/aerospace systems.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop, and document system-level requirements, CONOPS, and mission statements.
• Develop system architectures and product designs to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Lead System / IPT and coordinate with multiple engineering functions.
