Job summary

Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. in Indiana seeks a Systems Engineer to support innovative designs and lead contract milestone activities.

You will work with a growing ATS team, strengthening Systems Engineering principles during the design process, and help establish company processes including configuration management and quality control. You will derive and track system requirements from SOWs, manage ICDs, assist with milestone reviews, and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; MBSE experience preferred.
• Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Experience developing and tracing system requirements from SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Derive, write, and track system requirements from SOWs to meet customer needs.
• Support configuration management, BOMs, and ICDs across projects.
• Lead milestone readiness reviews and ensure milestone deliverables are complete.
• Track contract deliverables and support contract closeout and transitions.
• Promote Systems Engineering best practices throughout the design process.
