Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of experience in DoD/IC environments.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage internal/external stakeholders to craft clear technical solutions.
Experience leading technical solutioning with business development and capture teams for defense/intelligence markets.
Ability to translate customer needs into innovative technical solutions within cost and schedule constraints.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity, System of Systems, Software, and Agile processes (MBSE, DevSecOps, Cloud).

Responsibilities

Engage in customer shaping, requirements gathering, and proposal support activities.
Collaborate with BD, Capture and Proposal teams to craft technically sound, win-ready solutions.
Lead development of technical volumes for proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
Translate client objectives into innovative technical designs and roadmaps.
Develop artifacts like system designs and implementation plans to support proposals.
Lead and author technical proposals, whitepapers and collateral for solutions.
