Honeywell Aerospace in the United States seeks a Project Lead to drive medium complexity engineering programs, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of critical hardware and software deliverables.

You will manage cost, schedule, and risk for programs typically valued at several million dollars, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal Senior Staff, and mentor engineering staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Six years in electronics systems/manufacturing and product development.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium complexity projects within technical domains and manage multi-discipline interfaces.
• Coordinate cost control, schedules, milestones, and customer/PM interfaces.
• Prepare and review program documentation and risk management artifacts.
• Lead meetings onsite, in-person, and remotely; travel 0–10% as needed.
