Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience in project or systems engineering, defense/navigation or related aerospace/defense systems.
• Proven success leading multi-disciplinary projects with system-level scope.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and EVMS.
• Strong communication with customers and suppliers within IPT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems product development with ownership of technical plan, schedule, milestones, and risk management.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams across locations to ensure integrated plans and effective execution.
• Plan and manage work packages; develop integrated schedules; apply EVMS to control cost/schedule.
• Coordinate design reviews (SRR, PDR, TRR, CDR, FCA/PCA, TIMs) and interface with internal leaders and external customers to drive decisions.
• Engage customers and suppliers as part of IPTs to align requirements, manage changes, and meet milestones.
• Contribute to new business pursuits with credible technical plans and estimates.
