Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a strategic Air Defense program. You will own execution across cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating hardware and software components while aligning with customer mission requirements.

The role requires strong systems thinking, risk management, and the ability to work across time zones with autonomy. You will be the face of Anduril to end-users and customers in-country, driving deployment and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Program Manager with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Military or national security background is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience living/working in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Align engineering efforts with mission objectives through open dialogue with the customer.
• Orchestrate deployment with engineering, logistics, operations, and training teams.
• Foster a Team of Teams culture across Anduril and partners to drive on-time execution.
• Deliver contract deliverables, performance measures, reports, and user roadmaps.
