Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager for Classified Systems to own the end‑to‑end program lifecycle, coordinating engineering, cybersecurity and support teams from requirements to deployment and ATO.

You will translate complex technical details into business outcomes, drive risk mitigation, and implement process improvements while effectively communicating with executives. Travel may be required; DoD/IC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders as the program owner.
• Oversee lifecycle of technical initiatives from requirements to deployment/ATO with plans, scheduling and resources.
• Communicate status and milestones to engineering teams and executives using PM tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, drive resolution.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and align teams to goals and progress.
• Understand architecture to influence engineering and support decisions.
• Define and refine program management processes to increase efficiency.
