Job summary

CRL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Support to lead DoD avionics programs on-site at Patuxent River, MD. A Final DoD Top Secret clearance is required.

The role involves working with customers to shape objectives, schedules and budgets for advanced R&E programs. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering and 10+ years of DoD program experience, with strong MS Office and project scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in Avionics Systems Program Management and DoD-5000 processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate across organizational boundaries and with government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of DoD R&E programs and develop objectives, roadmaps and budgets.
• Coordinate development of SOWs, specs, and acquisition documents.
• Analyze contractor proposals and monitor program status and risk across design, test and execution phases.
• Facilitate customer engagement and project management across engineering teams and warfighters.
