Job summary

CRL Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Management Support to lead and coordinate complex avionics programs on-site at Patuxent River, MD. A Final DoD Top Secret clearance is required, with strong PM experience in DoD processes and multi-team coordination.

The role emphasizes development of detailed schedules, budgets, roadmaps, and collaboration with government stakeholders and contractors to ensure successful execution of advanced R&E programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited school.
• At least 10 years in Avionics Systems Program Management.
• Experience with DoD-5000 acquisition processes.
• Must hold a Final DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of advanced development R&E programs and define program objectives, roadmaps, schedules and budgets.
• Develop acquisition and technical documentation (SOWs, specifications) and analyze contractor proposals.
• Monitor and report program status/execution and coordinate between government and contractor teams.
• Facilitate engagement with customers and manage program execution across design, engineering, integration, testing, and deployment.
