Job summary

Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems seeks a Senior Program Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, and program analysis for complex government contracts. You will partner with program management and leadership to ensure accurate results, risk management, and audit readiness.

The role requires strong government-contracting knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience with budgeting, EACs, EVMS, and contract reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum seven years in government-manufacturing environment.
• Strong FAR/DFARS, CAS, SOX knowledge and GAAP/IFRS proficiency.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, EVMS, EACs, and cost analysis.
• Proven proposals, pricing, BOE, and negotiation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Oracle, and ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and program analysis to ensure accurate results.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cash-flow, and EAC forecasts.
• Prepare financial, contractual, and management reports.
• Support EVMS activities including cost/schedule analysis.
• Assist with contractual reporting and pricing proposals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and audits.
