Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a legal assistant or litigation secretary.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and team player spirit.
• Organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring court dates from initiation through trial and related proceedings.
• Preparing draft court documents (complaints, answers, discovery, briefs, motions, etc.).
• Revising and finalizing documents and ensuring timely service, filing and delivery.
• Preparing for trials as needed; confirming calendar events.
• Other special projects as assigned.
