Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
