Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience required.
• Defense litigation background required.
• Experience with calendar management, TOA/TOC prep, and trial support.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal filing procedures.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file documents in California state and federal courts
• Maintain litigation calendars and track critical deadlines
• Draft TOA and TOC
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management
• Support two busy attorneys while coordinating with a collaborative team
• Handle a high-volume defense litigation desk with professionalism and attention to detail
