You will handle depositions, discovery, motions, and trials, collaborating with senior attorneys and advising clients on strategy while maintaining Pacific Standard Time schedule.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and manage litigation cases from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Lead depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic legal advice.
