Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 3–6+ years of experience in relevant litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and represent clients in litigation from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients on legal matters.
