Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of international, commercial, and Government contracting (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with contract types: FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, FPLOE, IDIQ, GSA.
• Ability to solicit and process complex information to support decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite for proposals, reviews, and reporting.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.
• Negotiate terms, review NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Ensure contract compliance per requirements, laws, and Leidos policy.
• Coordinate internal reviews and risk assessments for proposals.
• Report to Huntsville office regularly while enabling remote work.
