Qualifications

• BA degree plus 4–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Masters or JD plus 2–6+ years is also acceptable.
• Knowledge of contract types (T&M, FFP, Cost Plus).
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building with customers and teams.
• Experience with Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and other legal instruments is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate major proposals and monitor contracts.
• Lead negotiations and resolve complex contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Leidos policies.
• Draft and review clear, legally sound contracts.
• Travel to Huntsville or alternate locations regularly.
