Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support cradle-to-grave contract administration for a diverse portfolio, including CP, FFP, and T&M government contracts. This individual contributor role allows telework while requiring regular reporting to the Huntsville office.

Responsibilities include negotiations, contract risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; 8–12 years of related experience, or Master’s/JD with 6–10 years.
• Extensive knowledge of international, commercial, and Government contracting, FAR/DFARS, and multiple contract types.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate cradle-to-grave contract administration for CP, FFP, T&M gov’t contracts.
• Oversee contract compliance per requirements, policy, laws; work independently or with teams.
• Lead negotiations, resolve complex contractual issues, mitigate risks, draft and review contracts.
