Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations across North America. You will set safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations while mentoring the crew and managing complex geotechnical projects.

The role requires deep foundation expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation operations.
• 5+ years supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Experience with foundation/ground improvement equipment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of pumping and placement of concrete and grout.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Jr. Superintendents and grow the team.
• Review and approve labor rates for foremen and crews.
• Manage subcontractor and field management communications.
• Develop client-relations programs on-site.
• Attend meetings with clients for problem resolution and planning.
• Oversee monthly cost updates and cash flow projections.
• Review and approve change orders and project turnover plans.
• Maintain daily logs and ensure timely performance evaluations.
