Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Declassification Operations Lead to oversee personnel and declassification activities across automatic and systematic processes. You will ensure compliance with EO 13526, DoD, DOE, and related regulations, coordinating with federal stakeholders to optimize workflows and maintain high standards for information handling.

The role requires substantial leadership, policy development, and interagency collaboration experience in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience managing personnel and leading teams.
• 3+ years performing automatic and systematic declassification activities.
• 3+ years developing and implementing declassification policies/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead declassification teams and daily operations for classified information.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidance for declassification programs.
• Coordinate with DOE, DoD, National Archives, and other agencies on declassification decisions.
• Monitor performance, staffing, and workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare reports and briefings for government leadership and stakeholders.
