Fractal Analytics Inc. seeks a Senior Decision Scientist to lead funnel analysis using Adobe Analytics and Clickstream data, optimizing the end-to-end member journey from discovery to issuance.

You will map paths, identify drop-offs, and drive improvements across acquisition and onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics & Transformation, you will build advanced segments, dashboards, and tests to validate friction-reduction hypotheses, translating insights into prioritized actions that

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
• 5+ years analyzing clickstream data and behavioral event streams.
• Proficiency in pathing, funnel, and flow analysis.
• Experience with JSON event streams and building custom segmentation.
• SQL or Python to parse and analyze clickstream data.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Mapping using Adobe Analytics and Clickstream data to map the full acquisition funnel; measure conversion and identify drop-offs.
• Gap and friction identification across stages; quantify impact and root causes.
• Workflow and stage analysis to diagnose transitions and optimize user journeys.
• Advanced segmentation and flow analysis to compare funnel performance across user segments.
• Design multi-touch attribution frameworks to understand interactions driving conversions.
• Develop dashboards and real-time monitoring for funnel health and insights.
