Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an experienced Decision Scientist to lead test-and-learn initiatives across insurance products and member experiences. You will partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to frame business questions, design experiments, measure incremental impact, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.

Location: San Antonio/Dallas (Texas). The role combines advanced statistics with consulting acumen to drive data-based decisions across the full value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, OR Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles; or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and holdout experiments.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Frame business questions and design experiments to measure impact.
• Translate results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and validate datasets from multiple sources for test initiatives.
• Develop and communicate insights through visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams.
