Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an experienced Decision Scientist to lead test-and-learn initiatives for insurance products and member experiences. You will design experiments, translate results into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to drive business value across the full lifecycle from onboarding to retention.

The role requires strong statistics, data modeling, and consulting skills, with experience in Adobe Analytics and Mastercard APT.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics, data science, or quantitative roles (financial services, insurance, or consumer tech preferred) or advanced quantitative degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in experimental design, power analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; ability to query databases, build datasets, validate data quality.

Responsibilities

• Frame business questions and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute test-and-learn initiatives (A/B, multivariate, holdout) within an analytics consulting context.
• Analyze results using SQL, Python, and statistical methods; build LTV models to estimate long-term impact.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and strategy to identify data requirements and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor test performance and business impact.
• Document data lineage, assumptions, and methodology for peer review and compliance.
