Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred in a related field

Responsibilities

• Focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and decision modeling to guide business strategy
• Translates complex business questions into analytical frameworks and delivers insights that improve forecasting, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance
• Develops advanced analytics and predictive models to support business decisions
• Designs/runs experiments and A/B tests and performs statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecasting
• Communicates insights clearly to business stakeholders
• Collaborates with applied AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systems
• Travel up to 25%
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
• Work experience in AI, Machine Learning NLP, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning
• Experience with machine learning/AI via frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow Caffe etc.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML Cloud Services

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master’s Degree
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods or supply chain
