Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Illinois seeks an experienced AI program lead to identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, automation, and generative AI to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and architects to design scalable solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and develop roadmaps. This role requires strong project management and AI tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field with 4–6 years of related technical experience or a GED with 7–9+ years of experience.
• Experience with common project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience applying AI/analytical tools to business problems; strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience


• Demonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)


• Previous experience applying AI and analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problems


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple manner


• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
