Responsibilities

• Distribute and balance workloads across a team of 10–20 associates to meet daily goals
• Serve as the team’s technical SME, providing guidance and resolving escalations promptly
• Review work for accuracy and consistency, delivering feedback to improve efficiency
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, suggest process improvements, and drive productivity
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Support training initiatives, including developing materials and coaching new hires
• Assist with projects and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives
