Job summary

You will manage cash handling, audit critical paperwork, and coordinate with multiple departments in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. The role requires flexibility for varied schedules, including nights and weekends, and adherence to EH&S rules.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations by assisting multiple departments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information while maintaining accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
