Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years procurement/buying and supplier management experience.
• Experience in the marketing and/or printing industry (5+ years).
• Project management experience required (3+ years).
• Proven success in building relationships and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• CarMax-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage procurement projects for CarMax branded materials.
• Support on-time delivery and installation of marketing materials for openings/remodels.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams for continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier relationships and negotiate terms and contracts.
• Assist in managing business relationships with the Store Marketing team.
