Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a meticulous Senior Customer Care Representative for the PSA Vault team in Santa Ana, CA.

You will manage the Authorized PSA Dealer Program from applications through onboarding, recertifications, and ongoing compliance, interacting with dealers daily. You’ll review licenses and filings, coordinate background checks, and maintain records for ~600 dealer accounts, reporting to the Partner Program Administration Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program administration, partner/channel operations, compliance, or a related operational role.
• Comfortable reviewing legal/business documentation (licenses, insurance certificates, entity filings).
• Experience with CRM or account-management systems; Excel/Sheets proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own the dealer application intake and review process end to end: collect and validate business documentation, coordinate background/credit checks, and score applicants against the Dealer Scorecard.
• Lead new dealer onboarding: agreement execution, systems setup, communicate program terms and brand guidelines, and API/portal access where applicable.
• Administer the annual recertification cycle for existing accounts: reissue and collect scorecard data, confirm status, flag non-compliant accounts.
• Conduct routine spot-audits of dealer storefronts, websites, and social presence; document findings against scorecard criteria.
• Monitor day-to-day dealer compliance signals and elevate issues per the review process.
• Maintain accurate records on all ~600 dealer accounts: tier status, geography, submission history, and audit/scorecard results.
• Support Drop-Off Event and PSA Sub Center coordination by identifying dealer locations meeting standards.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealer questions regarding application status, terms, and requirements.
