Job summary

Collectors is seeking a meticulous Customer Care Representative for the PSA Vault team in Santa Ana, CA. You will handle eBay listings and inquiries, ensure title accuracy, and collaborate with vault, photography, and care teams to maintain trust with collectors.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of graded cards, strong research and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to improving title quality. Onsite work five days a week with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of graded cards and markets.
• Ability to validate titles with research.
• Experience with eBay listings and listing quality.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of eBay auction titles for graded cards.
• Collaborate with vault operations to improve titles.
• Research graded cards and memorabilia for title accuracy.
• Stay updated on market values and card specs.
• Cross-reference images with titles with photography team.
• Manage PSA eBay store message inbox.
• Support customer feedback and revisions on titles.
• Assist with product workflows to reduce titling issues.
