Job summary

Collectors Universe Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Training Specialist to join the PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA.

This onsite role will design, deliver, and manage training for all employees, collaborating with Operations and Customer Relations to standardize content. You will build annual programs, support onboarding, and partner with management to ensure consistent, effective training across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in a training environment.
• Experience designing corporate training events and training manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist training in all key areas of the Customer Relations department.
• Develop annual training programs and teaching plans for all employees.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires and temporary staff.
• Coordinate with trainers, writers and the Training Manager to ensure needs are met.
• Anticipate future training needs and create curricula with guidance from Supervisor.
• Improve policies and processes by identifying improvement opportunities and drafting reports.
