Job summary

Collectors is seeking a meticulous Dealer Program Administrator to manage the Authorized PSA Dealer Program for the PSA Vault team. You will handle dealer applications, onboarding, annual recertification, and ongoing compliance scoring with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.

You will review business licenses, insurance, and filings, coordinate background/credit checks, and maintain records for ~600 dealer accounts. Onsite 5 days/week in Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program administration, partner/channel operations, compliance, or related operations.
• Comfortable reviewing licenses, insurance certificates, and entity filings.
• Experience with CRM or account-management systems; Excel/Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the dealer application intake and review process end to end, collecting and validating documents.
• Lead new dealer onboarding: agreement execution, systems setup, and terms communications.
• Administer annual recertification, recollate scorecards, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct spot audits of dealer storefronts and social presence; document findings.
• Monitor dealer compliance signals and escalate issues per the review process.
• Maintain accurate records for ~600 dealer accounts, including tier status and history.
• Support coordination for PSA Sub Center by identifying compliant dealer locations.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealer questions on status and requirements.
