Job summary

PNC Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager III- Dealer Floorplan in the St. Louis area. You will lead relationship management activities with dealer clients, drive revenue and market share, and coordinate cross-bank product solutions to meet client needs.

The role requires strong underwriting awareness, strategic sales, and adept negotiation. Occasional in-office presence may be required; remote work is possible in select locations.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and to generate revenue; responsible for origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new/existing clients; identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being; drives engagement and loyalty.
• Manages networks of senior internal/external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; leverages bank-wide products and reporting tools to identify and convert opportunities.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals and policies.
