Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager III- Dealer Floorplan to lead strategic client relationships within the Dealer Finance organization in St. Louis, MO.

You will drive revenue growth, manage complex credit needs, and coordinate cross‑bank solutions. You will cultivate a deep understanding of client needs, negotiate terms, and mentor teammates while aligning with PNC's risk framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience preferred for this senior banking role.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well‑being; drives client engagement and loyalty.
• Manages an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; presents the full bank product suite.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests per internal policies.
