Job summary

Bask Health, a leading telehealth platform, is seeking a Deal Desk professional to drive deal reviews, pricing, and contract execution in a fast-paced startup environment. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to structure complex deals and implement scalable workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in deal-related roles within tech, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Experience with AI-enabled processes and CPQ tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related in tech.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to move complex deals forward.
• Strong understanding of deal structures, commercial processes, and operational considerations for closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day deal review and approvals, ensuring deals are structured accurately and completed on time.
• Review pricing, quotes, contract terms, and commercial requirements; escalate issues when needed.
• Provide guidance to Sales on pricing, deal terms, non-standard requests, and commercial strategy.
