Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to shape complex, high-value transactions across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You will set strategic framing, drive governance, and mentor a growing team in a fast-moving environment.

You will influence executive-level decisions, define deal policies, and champion AI-assisted workflows to speed reviews while maintaining rigorous commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in deal desk or related finance roles.
• Ability to draft contractual terms for complex multi-year transactions.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and US GAAP in SaaS models.
• Strong communication to translate complexity clearly across all levels.
• Experience defining deal policies and approval frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Finance, Sales and Operations without formal authority.
• Strong analytical skills to surface patterns in deal data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on the structure, negotiation and approval of complex, high-value transactions.
• Own deal strategy for a portfolio of strategic opportunities, setting the framing for leadership decisions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Professional Services, and Operations.
• Define, design, and continuously improve deal policies, approval frameworks, and escalation paths.
• Synthesize deal concession data and commercial trends into actionable insights for leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior Deal Desk team members.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Operations to drive adoption of improved deal processes.
• Champion AI-assisted deal workflows and automation tooling to accelerate review cycles.
