Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; CPQ tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex, high-value deal structures aligned with ARR growth and pricing governance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Develop enablement programs, improve processes, and mentor junior team members in deal desk operations.
