Job summary

SUSE is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager on the East Coast to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and RevOps to structure complex enterprise software transactions. You will own end-to-end deal structuring from initial design through executive approval, acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team and ensuring deals are sound, scalable, and compliant with revenue policies.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Strategy, Commercial Operations, FP&A, or equivalent.
• Proven track record supporting complex, high‑value enterprise software/SaaS transactions.
• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills with bespoke financial modeling ability.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ systems.

Responsibilities

• Deal Structuring & Architecture: design optimal commercial structures for fast close.
• Commercial & Financial Analysis: build economic models, analyze ARR/ACV/TCV, margins.
• Deal Governance & Cross-Functional Orchestration: align Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, RevOps.
• Process & Operational Excellence: reduce friction, create templates and playbooks.
