SUSE is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager on the US East Coast to own end-to-end deal structuring for our enterprise software transactions. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to design competitive, compliant structures and execute high‑stakes agreements.

You will lead economic modeling, assess financial impact, and educate teams on pricing concessions. A strong executive presence and collaboration across functions are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in deal desk, deal strategy, or FP&A.
• Experience with complex, high‑value SaaS/software transactions.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central advisor for structuring complex enterprise software transactions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (ARR, ACV, TCV, margins, discounting).
• Ensure structures align with revenue recognition and internal policies.
• Coordinate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and RevOps to drive deal approval and execution.
