Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Analyst, Deal Architecture to support Global Sales Enablement and Operations in Deer Park, IL. You will create, evaluate, and negotiate deals for Advanced Staining, Core Histology and Digital Pathology, ensuring timely and compliant contract offers.

The role reports to the Director, Deal Architecture and Governance, with a strong focus on financial modeling, pricing structures, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in contracts, medical device sales, or financial analysis, or 5 years equivalent.
• Master’s degree in a relevant subject is desired; experience in financial modeling and contracting preferred.
• Experience structuring and reviewing commercial offers with business acumen.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment requirements: up to 5% travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deal creation for Capital, Acquisition, and Rental agreements with sales enablement and other functions.
• Analyze contract trends and pricing structures; optimize deal turnaround times and margins.
• Coordinate with Finance on charges and costs related to agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance internal and external demands.
• Review and validate customer offers for accuracy; maintain an organized database.
