Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Distribution Center Automation to advance automation within our distribution centers. You will translate operational needs into clear system requirements, supporting end-to-end DC flows and integration across teams.

The role emphasizes documenting workflows, testing, and ensuring implementations meet enterprise standards. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, security, and product teams, owning test planning and defect

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience in distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environments.
Experience with gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
Experience with system integration concepts and end-to-end testing.
Experience creating test plans, scenarios, UAT docs, and defects.

Responsibilities

Partner with DC operations and tech stakeholders to understand processes and automation needs.
Translate priorities into functional, technical, and integration requirements.
Document current/future-state workflows for automation-enabled DC processes.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and product teams.
Support system and integration design for automation platforms and warehouse systems.
Own end-to-end testing activities including planning, scenarios, UAT, and defects.
Assess deployment impacts and minimize disruption to operations.
Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, scalability, and adoption.
