Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Distribution Center Automation to advance technology solutions for moving goods through our distribution centers. In this role, you will partner with business, operations, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to define requirements, improve DC workflows, and support automation from discovery through testing and deployment.

7+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in supply chain environments.
Experience gathering and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
Experience with system integration concepts, data flows, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

Understand DC processes and automation needs with operations and tech stakeholders.
Translate priorities into functional, technical, and integration requirements.
Document current and future DC workflows for automation.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and product teams.
Support design discussions for automation platforms and warehouse systems.
Own end-to-end testing activities including UAT and defect tracking.
Assess deployment impacts and mitigate operational disruption.
Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, and adoption.
