Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a proven track record.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Knowledge of ERISA fundamentals; expertise in private assets or guaranteed income preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field preferred.

• Drive sales for Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income across defined contribution offerings.
• Own territory sales targets with 70%+ travel.
• Build and maintain relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.

• Lead advisor education events and presentations with product specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with Apollo’s Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on campaigns and meetings.
• Utilize CRM data and market insights to refine targeting and pipeline discipline.
