Legends Global is seeking a Senior Manager, DC Operations for our Indianapolis, IN site. You will lead distribution center and warehouse operations, plan staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement.

This role involves collaboration across departments, data-driven decision making, and implementing cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring high quality service for partners and guests in live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of management experience in retail distribution and logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proven leadership with a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver data and reports to management promptly.
• Oversee team leaders responsible for daily reporting and operational performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational, system, and workflow issues.
• Develop expertise in systems, integrations, data flows, and fulfillment processes.
• Drive performance improvement strategies leveraging technology and process innovation.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to design and manage operational systems, processes, and KPIs.
• Support managers in aligning staffing levels with seasonal or peak demands.
• Maintain efficient warehouse operations through effective inventory, storage, and distribution controls.
• Supervise clerical staff handling warehousing documentation.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and business plan.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.
