Qualifications

• Ten years of experience managing logistics contracts.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop promotability in direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct and implement policies for operations with managers and co-owners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the DC.
• Set goals for the DC and monitor achievement.
• Lead annual DC budgeting and cost-improvement initiatives.
