Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes to ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and motivates staff.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity targets and address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards (DOT, OSHA) through audits and training.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules and customer demand.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Education
