You will balance workloads across warehouse departments to maximize workflow and meet customer commitments, coordinating with the building Director for multi-cycle planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred.
• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing budgets and reviewing P&L.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of operations and facilities managers to meet targets.
• Balance workloads across warehouse departments to maximize workflow.
• Manage departmental budgets and analyze P&L statements.
• Support capital planning and drive safety and housekeeping standards.
